Responsibilities:
Physically delivers marketing materials to individual homes that are in their assigned zip code once per week.
Forwards all lead responses from the internet to the general manager.
Compiles and maintains a campaign that tracks which homes in their area they have visited and when the next drop will occur.
Reports and forwards all leads to the general manager so that a "Foreclosure Specialist" can contact the homeowners and close the business.
Must have reliable transportation, a cell phone and access to the internet
Must be self motivated and determined but also patient
Email a weekly report of the properties you dropped off at so that you can get paid!

Work At Home Mailer
Responsibilities:
Mails out letters, flyers, books, and postcards to prospective home buyers and home sellers
Reports the number of letters completed on a weekly basis to management
Emails weekly and monthly traffic reports to investment board as needed.
Pay/Compensation:
A one time flat payment of $250 per home that is purchase by our company through your efforts.
Foreclosure Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Responds to inquiries sent from General Manager concerning a homeowner who is interested in selling their property
- Takes 7 photos of each home and pictures of any work or damage that is visible.
- Contacts prospect to schedule a time and location to sign a purchase agreement with the homeowners
- Overcomes objections and concerns to the service they are advising on
- Collects all necessary documents needed for the service chosen.
- Acts as a point of contact for the homeowners with respect to updates from Homeowners, Realtors, Lenders and Investors.
- Ensures that all documents are signed, dated, and notarized when needed.
- Uploads all documents to our in-house secure database
- Names all documents in this format (last name,date,document type)
- Able to work on call early days and late evenings
- Must have reliable transportation
- Completes home description forms as required by Realtors
- Must have reliable transportation, a cell phone and access to the internet (a digital camera is a plus!)
Pay/Compensation:
A one time flat payment $1,000 per property purchased.
Example:
We purchase just one of the homes you submit to our company in which we net 5k. You would receive $1,000 the first day of the month after they close! We buy an average of 5 homes a month so this can easily become a good chunk of change!
Responsibilities:
- Calculates the appropriate payments and commissions to "Property Scouts" who have closed on transactions.
- Overseas all processes and procedures
- Emails weekly leads to a property scouts in their respective zip codes
- Contacts all applicants who applied for a position with our company and conducts interviews
- Relays all pertinant information concerning deals to CEO and CFO
Marketing Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Posts blogs, articles, and free classified ads on the internet in order to generate traffic for our company website and property scouts.
Maintains social networking websites, including adding new friends and responding to questions and comments.
Emails weekly and monthly traffic reports to investment board as needed.
Tracks internet marketing campaigns including google adwords.
Maintains email marketing campaigns and recommends adjustments as needed.
Markets all inventory by postcards, flyers, email blasts and by internet marketing.

Lead Negotiator
Responsibilities:
Downloads all required documentation needed for short sale process
Constructs preliminary HUD-1 Settlement sheet
Submits completed short sale package to lender
Aligns funding for real estate transactions
Faxes in "authorizations' to appropriate parties
Negotiates short-payoff on investors behalf with respect to maximum profits
Prepares conservative and comparative market analysis of subject properties- Emails status updates to "Foreclosure Specialists" so that they may update homeowners
Pay/Compensation:
15% net profits not to exceed $2,500 per property which ever is more. Most lenders will also allow you to charge a negotiation fee ranging from $500-$3000. That commission is all you!
Example:
You successfully negotiate a deal in which we net 15k. You would receive $2,500.00 the first day of the month after they close!
Work At Home TeleSales
Responsibilities:
Calls potential clients at home to offer free educational material about Arizona foreclosure.
Reports the number of calls completed on a weekly basis to management.
Enters sellers information into database while on the phone with the seller.
Answers relavent questions about our services
Conveys that any legal questions including taxation and deficiency inquiries shall be answered by a licensed and qualified attorney or tax advisor
Confirms a time and date for an appointment either in-house or at the sellers home with a "foreclosure specialist".
Daily leads are provided as available.
Expected to make at least 100 outbound calls per day.
